blogged

I think i want to move to wordpress.

unwordiness.wordpress.com

you see, i am not a very wordy person, so i chose the name 'unwordy', but that was taken, so 'unwordiness' was the fallback option, yea.

2008 update:

Done a fair bit of reading recently, will continue to read for the next few weeks. Nice.

A month into 2008, and already I have no idea where I am going... just waiting for God to open and close the doors.

Have spent a lot of time missing school.

Spend most nights fearing that it may be camou party night....

Yep. Roll on February please.

School.

I miss it. Though I have been back for the past three days.

As the Dezster once said,"Ethan, you have no life".

My Life, His Way

Church camp was fun and I think I have begun to embark on a proper relationship with God. Understanding only truly comes after a relationship is built through proper quiet time and prayer, not the head knowledge.

Also, Manasseh (is that spelt right?), was a brilliant group to be in, and the talks were apt.

However, I still feel this feeling of purposelessness setting in, and i guess total freedom might only be best as a dream. I need to do something!

Prom

When the school anthem was sung, memories from the past 12 years flashed by.

Playing table tennis with the $2 bats from the bookshop.
Playing freezer and pondan.
Singing the school anthem at the quadrangle with my power rangers school bag in the front.
Playing football for the school.

Singing hymns at chapel.
Singing the school anthem after chapel.
Football at the parade square.
Getting busted by Mr. See for bringing kickapoo out of the SAC.
Playing waterpolo for the school.
BB camps.
BB parades.
BB Bible Study.
Making films with BLT Productions.
Wrecking classes.
OEP.

I know mother tells me that I will feel the same way about the army when I leave, but I doubt so.

Scratch that. I shouldn't be so negative about the future, because after 12 years I have learnt to live believing that the best is truly yet to be.

And now iTunes shuffling has decided I have to listen to "If I Could Turn Back The Hands Of Time" by R. Kelly. My mac is wicked.

The End...

seems more like rounding off like opening out now, doesn't it?

but it is, in fact, BOTH!!!

Time flies, like a stray arrow shot by archers in Beowulf. I think I might just miss the daily annoucements to:

1. Look under your desk to check that you have no unauthorized material.
2. Check to see if the paper has the correct number of pages. But remember, DON'T read the questions!
3. Remember that colour pencils can only be used for graphs, diagrams, and charts.

Can't remember the others at the moment.

Life will not be purposeless these next few weeks (hopefully), even though this is just about the first time ever we all have had nothing to do, really.
