emo post part 1
and so the tale of habakkuk and enoch will soon end. the past 2 years have been crazy; from pillow-bashing to 'mason' the pet rock to lizard catching...the list goes on. right now we will probably tell ourselves that the class will remain united as enoch of 2005, and the spirit will live on for some time, but eventually, it will die out, we will make new friends, and enoch will be nothing but fond memories.
in primary 6, i felt so upset that i was leaving js and 6.9, for it had been the most wacky class i had been in. now, i don't even say 'hi' to ppl like joseph goh, joel boey, and chris sim when i see them in school. i'm not saying this will happen in 2 years when we're all in ib year 2, but its still a possibility. this may be a cynical point of view, but i don't think we'll be close forever, like we hope it will be. eg. the class forum has died yet again, despite our efforts to keep it revived. oh well, maybe i'm just sentimental and emo but i really hope that this class sticks together, maybe through movies, cos it would be a shame if our endevours to bond over the past 2 years come to naught and we end up ignoring each other in future.
one guy whom i hope i keep in touch (not that way!) with is ivan. in sec 3 when i found out i was in his class i was like,' shit, the gay godspell fag is in my class'. well, 2 years and many close encounters later, and my opinion of him has changed somewhat to,'dang, that gay friend of mine will probably not be in my class next year'. oh well, he's been a good friend over the past 2 years, someone who has been real close to me. crud, that sounds wrong, but anyway, we have gotten along pretty well, except for that little incident in november last year.
another guy whom i would loathe to be separated from is zheng hao. that jackass has sat next to me for 2 years, copied from me, stolen my notes, vandalised my books, but i'll miss that. i'll also miss his accelerated guitar-teaching methods... taught me chords in 5mins. i've never had a fight with him, except minor wars here and there over stolen pencils, crap drawings, and stuff like that. next year, he said that we'll sit next to each other again if we're in the same class. jeez, another 2 more years of putting up with his crap...i don't mind actually!
well, there are more ppl i would like to mention like mat tay, darren, and friends, but i'm tired, so stay tuned for emo post part 2!
